The new series of Villa-Lobos Symphonies being recorded by Naxos with Isaac Karabtchevsky conducting the Sao Paulo Symphony Orchestra (OSESP) began with a well-regarded issue of the 6th and 7th Symphonies this summer. I'm assuming the next disc might be the 10th Symphony, which OSESP presented in concert last March. You can listen to a recording of one of those concerts on Svergies Radio P2. Click on "Heitor Villa-Lobos tionde symfoni" on the right side of the page, and "Lyssna (85 min.)". The concert begins with Armando Albuquerque's Evocação de Augusto Meyer.
